About Us

A US wholesale company built to supply the professional channel.

Our operation

Wholesale supply, business to business

Hobi Wholesale LLC brings together in a single supplier the lines an industrial business needs to restock every month: supplies, hand and power tools, spare parts, personal protective equipment and general hardware.

Our work starts before the purchase order: we select suppliers, verify specifications, consolidate the order and coordinate dispatch. The customer receives one quote, one invoice and one commercial point of contact.

What a company needs to know before buying from us

If your question is not here, write to us: we reply within 24 business hours.

We are an LLC registered in the United States engaged in the wholesale trade of industrial supplies, tools and spare parts. Our activity combines three fronts: sourcing (finding and vetting suppliers), distribution (volume purchasing and order consolidation) and international trade (coordinating dispatch to each customer's market).

We started out to solve a specific problem in the channel: supplier fragmentation. Instead of managing six separate commercial relationships to restock six product families, our customers concentrate those purchases in a single account.

We operate 100% B2B: we sell to companies only. We do not run a consumer online store, we do not sell at retail and we do not ship to end consumers.

Our customer profile includes:

  • Distributors and wholesalers reselling to their own regional customer base.
  • Hardware stores and tool retailers restocking shelves and warehouses.
  • Mechanical and industrial workshops consuming spare parts and supplies.
  • Integrators and contractors supplying job sites and projects.
  • Corporate purchasing departments running MRO and safety programs.

Every new account goes through an onboarding process with document verification before gaining access to the trade price list.

We operate from the United States and mainly serve companies across Latin America and the Caribbean, in addition to the US market.

Dispatch is coordinated with the customer's freight forwarder or with one we propose, under the commercial terms agreed for each transaction. If your country is not part of our usual coverage, ask anyway: we assess case by case based on volume and purchase frequency.

Our catalog is organized into six operating categories:

  • Hand tools — wrenches, sockets, pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, measuring and marking.
  • Power tools — drills, rotary hammers, angle grinders, saws, impact drivers, batteries and chargers.
  • Industrial spare parts — bearings, valves, fittings, seals, belts, pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Safety supplies (PPE) — eye and hearing protection, technical gloves, helmets, harnesses, safety footwear.
  • General hardware — fasteners and fixings, abrasives, adhesives, sealants, locks, paint supplies.
  • Equipment & accessories — compressors, welding equipment, generators, workbenches and consumables.

The breakdown of each family is on the Categories page. The price list with SKUs, brands and pack sizes is issued once the account is approved.

The full cycle has five steps:

  • 1. Registration. The company fills in the onboarding form and attaches its tax documentation.
  • 2. Verification. We check the corporate details and activate the account.
  • 3. Price list. We issue the current trade price list with the applicable volume tiers.
  • 4. Formal quote. We build the order, confirm availability and issue the proforma invoice.
  • 5. Dispatch. We consolidate, prepare the documentation and coordinate the shipment.

From the second purchase onward the process gets shorter: the account is already active and the assigned representative knows your replenishment history.

For four reasons our customers value in practice:

  • One supplier for six categories, which cuts purchase orders, freight and administrative work.
  • Tiered volume pricing, designed to leave a real resale margin.
  • An assigned commercial representative, not a generic form or a chatbot.
  • We do not compete with our customers in the markets they serve.

There are three equivalent routes:

To speed things up, have the company's tax identification document and the legal representative's ID ready: those are the two onboarding requirements.
